Stepped Courtyard Garden

A steep site next to a woodland. Lush planting offers privacy despite the sloping aspect.

We added new retaining walls with generous space for plants, creating a "cascade" of planting when viewed from the house. New steps give a better route of flow around the garden.

We created three areas to sit and socialise. The seating by the house allows the owners to work from home within range of the WiFi. The owners love a modern aesthetic and the grey paving complements their contemporary interiors.
